Despite having a genetics problem set due the next day I spent Thursday night baking cupcakes with my dear friend and fellow cupcake lover, Allison. We made chocolate cupcakes with mint marshmallow frosting as well as vanilla cupcakes with lime filling and frosting. It took a bit longer than expected to make both recipes, (we were baking until 12:30!) but both batches ended up tasting delicious!

Hopefully I'll find time to bake some other treats sometime soon! I got a new cookbook for Christmas from my Mom and I've marked about 20 desserts I want to make!
